This error means that your BATTERY could NOT carry the attached load for some reason.
The 3 main causes and their solutions are as follows:
a. The Battery became very weak (low voltage) and can not carry the attached load any more. If this is the case, you should raise the SHUTDOWN voltage of your battery in the setup mode.
The default is 10V, but unless you use a Deep Dry Cycle battery this will not be good. Suggest that you make that 10.8V.
b. The load you have is higher than the unit can support. In this case, just reduce the load.
c. The PCB has been damaged and creates an overload on BAT mode. Easy to test... Remove ALL load and start the unit on BAT mode. If starts OK, it is not the fault of the unit.
If it does NOT, and immediately it displays an F02 error, the unit has been damaged and must be returned. However to test this, the battery has to be around 12V or so...
NOTE: You should never load the unit more than 80% of its capacity; in this case 335W. Low power conditions can create severe overloads (as they increase the Amps) and burn the PCB.
